Spa de Soleil offers a wide variety of custom packaging for your
special products. You can choose from our wide selection of "in-house"
inventory at a low minimum quantity. Or you can choose from an
extensive assortment of special order packaging. To give you an
idea of what you can choose from, we offer a range of jars, bottles,
tubes, closures, sprays pumps, vials in -- various types of glass
and plastics -- in a host of shapes and sizes and colors. Ask
about lead time and minimum quantities, which vary according to
your selection. Also, ask about custom molding to determine special
requirements and fees. Choosing the right packaging is critical
to the perception of: your product. But selecting the right graphic
designs and decoration can make an even bigger difference to your
image. Not only your products, but also your company image can
be enhanced by high quality decorating, which is why we only use
silk screening. Besides both black and white, we offer you a wonderful
array of colors. Because of our extensive affiliations, you can
have your vision fulfilled for a minimum quantity of only 3,000
pieces per product size per color. Or, if necessary,
you can order fewer than 3,000 pieces with the addition of a reasonable
setup charge. It you desire hot stamping -- gold foil or silver
foil -- the minimum quantity is 5,000 to 10,000 pieces per item
per size.
THESE ARE THE STEPS THAT YOU NEED TO TAKE TO DEVELOP YOUR NEW
PRODUCT. START WITH THE PACKAGING FIRST!
A. Contact our Packaging Department and decide on the kind
of container you want. We will send you samples, prices and
minimum order quantities needed for each type of bottle, jar
and cap that you like. After you have made your choice(s), the
expected lead time needed is 3-5 weeks.
B. After choosing the container, you will need to choose a NAME
for your product. Once you have a clear title to a name, you
may contact a local Graphic Artist or use our IN- HOUSE Designer,
for labeling. We can help you with the labels after you provide
us with the design details. Once you have decided on the type
of labels for your container, or if you decide to Silk Screen
your product, you can either use our IN- HOUSE screener or have
your screening done elsewhere.
C. After you have the container and graphic art work started,
contact a box company, and decide on the type and size of box
to hold your bottles, tubes or jars. Or let us help you with
the box selection and screening. For that, we need finished
artwork, quantities etc. (For additional information, please
consult with our Production Coordinator).
FINISH WITH THE PERFECT PRODUCT!
A. Contact Spa de Soleil about the type of product you want.
We will help you decide on the color, fragrance and features
of the product. We will then send a representative laboratory
sample for you to test and approve.
B. After you have completed all the packaging, (bottles, jars,
caps, self adherent labels or screening), ship all the packaging
to Spa de Soleil. After we receive all components, we will manufacture
the product, fill, cap, assemble and box the product(s) and
then ship it to you in the way chosen by you.
